The following conditions must be met to qualify for the Golden Guarantee: 

- It is only valid for orders placed on Ledoza website; it does not apply to purchases made at retail stores or exhibitions. 

- The returned products must be in a used but undamaged condition, without any breakage or missing pieces, and in their original packaging with labels specific to Ledoza products. They should be returned in the same box in which they were shipped. If the products are damaged due to improper packaging by the customer, we will not accept returns.

- If you purchased a product as part of a "buy one, get one free" promotion or any other promotion based on the number of products or bundles, you cannot return one product without returning the others. All promotional products must be returned together.
